Welcome back from the weekend!! Are you ready to get back to the
challenge?? Of course you are!!! Today’s exercise is the Plank to Knee Curl. For this one you’ll need your mat and your
ball.
To do this exercise…
Start out in plank position on the ball.
Slowly, and with control bend your knees, curling the ball
toward you.
Return to the starting position.
Work your way up to 4 sets of 10 reps of this one.
