BB Challenge for Tuesday, March 11th
Welcome to Tuesday’s challenge!!
Our exercise for today is ball crunches.
For this exercise, you’ll need your BB and your yoga mat.
To do this exercise…
Position yourself so your backside is just off the edge of your BB, lay back and clasp your hands behind your head
Roll up, engaging your abs
And roll back down to starting position.
For today, try 4 sets of 10 reps of these!!
