Welcome to Wednesday, we’re almost half way through the
week! Today’s exercise is the bicep
curl. For this exercise you’ll need your
mat, your balance ball and two dumbbells.
To do this exercise…
Sit on your balance ball with your feet shoulder width apart
on the floor, holding the dumbbells to your sides.
Keeping your elbows stable and to your sides, curl your
arms.
Work your way up to 4 sets of 10 reps.
