We’ve made it Wednesday!!! Today’s exercise is the bird dog. For this one, you’ll need your ball and your
mat.
To do this exercise…
Lay over the top of your ball
with it positioned under your hips.
Slowly raise your right arm and
left leg.
Return to starting position and
repeat on the other side.
Work your way up to 4 sets of 10
reps for this one.
