Today is our last new exercise!!! Happy Friday!!! Our last exercise is the double leg
stretch. For this one, you’ll need your
ball and your mat.
To do this exercise….
Lay on your back on your mat with
your knees bent, feet resting on the ball.
Bring your body into a crunch position with your arms extended to the
sides.
Slowly extend your legs and bring
your arms over head, holding the crunch position.
Work your way up to 4 sets of 10
reps.
