We’ve made it to Thursday!!! Today’s exercise is the Superman! For this one you’ll need your mat and your
ball.
To do this exercise…
Lay face down on your mat with
your arms extended in front of you and your ball in your hands.
Slowly raise your legs and your
arms and hold for 10 secs.
Return to your starting position.
Work your way up to 4 sets of 10
reps for this one.
